It was a very daunting experience starting my new job, meeting new people and learning all aspects of my new role. However I felt at ease from the second I arrived at the Community Care Alarm Service and has continued throughout. I was introduced to a friendly team of staff who made me feel very welcome.

The training I have received has provided me with all the skills and knowledge needed for the role of Mobile Warden, therefore I feel confident to carry out my duties.

I knew from very early on in my employment that I had definitely made the right choice in joining YHN as a Mobile Warden. The role is so rewarding and I get a great deal of satisfaction knowing I am helping people remain independent in their own homes.'
