Housing Services Assistant
Our Housing Services Assistants provide specialist housing
support to tenants and leaseholders across the city. This
role encompasses a range of functions related to tenancies such as
estate management, void property management, tenancy enforcement,
lettings and repairs.
Our Housing Services Assistants are based within one of our
dedicated Community Housing Offices or Customer Service Centres
based in the City.

The Role:
- Deliver a full range of housing management
services at a consistently excellent standard to YHN’s
customers.
- Provide information and advice to our
customers on a range of housing related matters.
- Successfully resolve customer problems and
queries.
The Person:
- Customer orientated and committed to
delivering a 3* service to our customers.
- Reliable and committed to working within a
busy team.
- Well organised and competent in the use of
electronic office systems to record and analyse data.
