As part of our commitment to providing support and care to communities, we are introducing opportunities for our unemployed customers to gain paid work-based training with us. This will help them to develop up to date skills and experience that will improve their long term employment prospects.

We are also working with a number of partner organisations in Newcastle to make sure that it is easy for our customers to access additional support to develop their confidence, find appropriate training courses, write a CV, search for jobs and prepare for interviews.
