At Your Homes Newcastle we are jointly responsible for looking after your home.  We rely on you to inform us of any repairs as soon as possible so that work can be arranged. 

We will make sure all properties are kept in good repair, including the structure and outside of your property.

All repairs can be reported to the Repairs Centre either by:

• Email: repairs@newcastle.gov.uk (your email will be responded to within 24 working hours).

If your repair is an emergency please contact the Repairs Centre on the telephone number above.

You will be asked for:

• Your name
• Your address
• The nature of the problem (be as specific as you can, or refer to your repairs booklet)
• A contact telephone number (if you have one)

We will always try to make an appointment at a time and date convenient for you.
