Your rent account

When you signed your tenancy agreement, you entered into a legal contract with us. You have responsibilities as a tenant - one of which is to pay the rent regularly and on time.

If you find at any time that you cannot make your rent payments, please contact your nearest YHN Housing Services office for advice.  We can only help you if you tell us you are having problems. 

We aim to make it as easy as possible to pay your rent by

  • providing different payment methods
  • offering help and advice for those in financial difficulty
  • responding to questions and explaining your rent account
  • providing easy access to your account and statement information

You can access rent related services on the go by downloading our App. Our App is a really easy way to pay your rent, view your account online, request a direct debit set up or contact us about your rent whilst on the go'
