Young persons meetings
We hold meetings with young customers
(under 25) at a venue of their choice. This is how young
people told us they would like to be involved. We have
involved them in a range of issues. The table below shows the
issues they have influenced through these meetings:

| May 10. The group gave their comments on the wording of
YHN’s complaints leaflet. |
The leaflet has been changed as a result of this. |
| May 10 – The group voted on how and where to hold the young
persons celebration event. |
This took place in January and was held in the venue requested
by the young people. |
| June 10 – The group gave their priorities for creating good
quality accommodation and repairs service. |
These priorities have been fed into our new standards.
