We held a focus group with customers to help us improve the way we communicate with customers.  Customers’ feedback was used to influence out communication strategy.

You said We did
We need to improve the ways we communicate with customers and look at new technology. We have introduced a new Facebook page for YHN. Customers can find out latest news and events that are happening.
Letter are not always clear and easy to understand We now plan to review all our stock letters, notices and forms and this will be complete by March 2012
All our leaflets should be available on the website We agree and as from July 2011 all leaflets will be available on the website.
