We have carried out 6 mystery shops this year and have tested the following services:

• Anti social behaviour (December)
• Housing Offices (January)
• Sheltered housing Service (January)
• Empty Properties (March)
• Customer service (February)
• Newcastle Furniture Service (February)

The mystery shops have all been completed and we are awaiting feedback from service managers about what improvements can be made.  Keep checking the website for further updates about these improvements.
