Leasehold group


We meet with the leaseholder group twice a year.

In May we discussed how we can improve the way we communicate with leaseholders and in July leaseholders were involved in looking at improvements for the whole service as part of the leasehold service review.

You said We did
We need to have a procedure in place for all staff in our housing offices to deal with leaseholder enquiries. To make sure staff have access to leasehold information we will review the leasehold section of the website.  We will do this every six months so it is always up to date.
We need to review all of the leasehold letters to make them easy to understand and not so confusing We will review all stock letters that customers receive to ensure they are easy to understand.  We will do this by March 2012
