Leasehold group
We meet with the leaseholder group twice a year.
In May we discussed how we can improve the way we communicate with
leaseholders and in July leaseholders were involved in looking at
improvements for the whole service as part of the leasehold service
review.

To make sure staff have access to leasehold information we will
review the leasehold section of the website. We will do this
every six months so it is always up to date. |

We will review all stock letters that customers receive to
ensure they are easy to understand. We will do this by March
