At Your Homes Newcastle we listen to what you, our customers, have to say about our services.  We use what you tell us to make improvements to the services we provide.  This section of the website tells you how we have used your feedback to change and improve our services.

This update provides information about customer involvement activity from September - December 2010.  It includes information about the involvement activities delivered by the Customer Involvement team and how your feedback has made a difference.

 

How we have used your feedback to make service improvements

Discussion groups

Discussion groups are where a group of customers get together and discuss specific service areas that could be improved.  Customers who have recently used the service are invited to participate.
