This update provides information about customer involvement
activity from September - December 2010. It includes
information about the involvement activities delivered by the
Customer Involvement team and how your feedback has made a

Discussion groups
Discussion groups are where a group of customers get together
and discuss specific service areas that could be improved.
Customers who have recently used the service are invited to
participate.
Here are some of the ways these groups have helped us improve
services through discussion groups.
