Local offers
What are they?
Local offers are commitments that have been designed by tenants
to improve housing services. We have talked to lots of
tenants to find out what is most important to them to help us
improve.

This year the local offers concentrate on issues that tenants
have told us are important to them. If we are not already
providing this service the local offers will tackle these
issues.

What did customers have to say about the local
offers?

What difference do they make?
Customers are involved in challenging how we are performing
against these standards. They check that we are performing
well and are on target to deliver the local offers and how they
have improved the service.
Annual report
To help us report on how we are performing customers are
involved in designing our annual report. This makes sure we
include the information that customers want to read about but also
that it is designed using customers ideas on how we present
information.
