We have ways you can influence the things we do that matter to you and we don’t mean boring meetings!

You could take part in our regular young people’s group - you get a free pizza, a chance to tell us what you think about how we do things and have fun meeting other young tenants from across the city.

Young people can get involved in our mystery shopping project.

Mystery shopping is about you testing the services that Your Homes Newcastle provides. 

Mystery shoppers test services by telephoning or visiting a housing office, by sending an email or letter or by visiting our website - the choice is yours! 

Once you have had the training you can get involved in the project as little or as often as you want.

You can take part in a discussion group and in return you will get a chance to tell us what you think about how we do things and have fun meeting other young tenants from across the city.
