Become a mystery shopper
What is mystery shopping?
Mystery shopping is an easy way to get involved. It’s a
great way for you to test the services you receive. You can
do this by either making anonymous phone calls, visiting our
offices, sending emails or by visiting our website - it's your
choice.
Who can be a mystery shopper?
We are looking for enthusiastic tenants and leaseholders to get
involved. You will have to be willing to test our
services in an impartial way. To help you do this you
will need to come along to a training event before you can become a
mystery shopper. We hold training events every year - places
are limited so you may need to join a waiting list.
Training
Training events will help you learn about what mystery shopping
is, what is expected of our mystery shoppers but most important it
will give you the confidence to do the mystery shops.
How does the group make a difference?
The mystery shoppers' ideas are used to
improve the services we provide.
What happens after the mystery shops?
We will write a report about the mystery
shopping that has happened and you will receive a copy of
this. You will then meet with service managers to develop an
action plan to take forward all mystery shoppers ideas. We
will write to you after 6 months with an update on the action
plan.
