Newcastle Tenants Federation Living in Flats Working Group

The Living in Flats Working Group works with representatives from tenants and residents groups to ensure they are involved in the development and monitoring of concierge services at a local and citywide level. 

As well as discussing the delivery of concierge services, the group discuss security arrangement to blocks of flats and also services to blocks of flats which do not receive the concierge service.  They set and review standards for the delivery of services and monitor cleaning standards.
