The Complaints R Us group is made up of tenants and leaseholders who meet four times a year to look at how YHN responds to customer complaints.

Who can come along?

Any tenant or leaseholder interested in looking at how we deal with complaints can join the Complaints R Us group.  We can only have a limited number of people on the group at any one time so you may have to join a waiting list.

What is involved?

You will need to come to four meetings a year to look at how YHN deals with customer complaints.   Before you can join the group you will need to come along to a short training session.  The training session will help you to learn about the complaints process and what you will be expected to do when you join the group.

How does the group make a difference?

The group helps YHN to improve how we deal with customer complaints.

What happens after the meetings?

After the meetings we will send you the notes from the discussion.  We will also write and tell you how we have improved the way we deal with complaints as a result of your feedback.
