What is the Readers' Panel?

The Readers' Panel makes sure our leaflets and documents are easy to understand and include all the information that tenants and leaseholders need to know about.

Who can join the group?

This is good for tenants or leaseholders who want to get involved but don’t have the time to attend meetings.  This is a great way for you to get involved as it won’t take up too much of your time and we’ll send you the documents to read at home.

Before you join the group you will be offered training if you want it.  The training session will help you to learn about what you will be expected to do when you join the group.

What is involved?

We will send you leaflets and documents to have a look at and you can tell us what you think of them by completing a quick questionnaire.  It will not cost you anything as we will provide free post envelopes.

How does the group make a difference?

The panel will improve our leaflet and documents for all our customers.

What happens after you have given your opinions?

We will write to you with feedback on all improvements that have been made with regards to individual leaflets and documents.
