What is an online poll?

The poll is a way of giving us your views from the comfort of your own home, community centre, or anywhere that you can use a computer. It is a handful of short questions asking you what you think of our services. The poll is part of our website and you fill it in online.

Who can fill in the poll?

Anyone who has recently used the service we are asking about. You will need to have basic computer skills and be able to get on the internet.  The poll will take no more than ten minutes. You do not have to give any details about yourself unless you want to.

How does the group make a difference?

All of the comments from the poll are considered and where possible are used to make changes to the service. If you leave a question with your name and address we will reply to you.
