What is involved?
We may send you surveys from time to time to get your views
about different services. You can fill in most of our surveys
from your own home.
How do surveys make a difference?
All of the comments from a survey are considered and where
possible are used to make changes to the service.

Personal information
When we ask you to complete a questionnaire, we'll also ask you
to give us information about yourself (demographic
information). We understand that sometimes people find it
difficult to understand the relevance of collecting demographic
information and what the information is used for, especially with
regards to sexual orientation and religion or belief.
The organisation Stonewall has produced a booklet that gives ten
reason as to why it is important for this information to be
