What are public
meetings, events and road shows?
These are open meetings or events that we organise for our
customers. We hold these in central locations like the city
centre and also out in local areas.
They are an opportunity for you to meet other tenants, speak to YHN
staff and get information about our services.
Who can come along?
Come along if you are a customer and want to get involved but
don’t want to come along to a regular group. This is a great
way for you to get information and talk to us about services
without making a commitment.
What is involved?
We advertise details of events in Community Housing Offices, on
our website and in our newsletter Homes & People.
Sometimes we might write to you to invite you to public
meetings. You just need to tell us that you want to come to
the meeting and turn up on the day.
What happens after you come to a meeting?
We will feedback after a meeting in a number of ways. We
might write to you to tell you about the event and how we have used
the information we got to improve services. For some large
events we might provide feedback through our Homes &
People newsletter.
