Your Choice Homes recently achieved the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard.

The CSE standard tests the areas that customers have said are priorities to them, including quality, accessibility and how well timed the services are that we deliver.  It also tests the attitude and professionalism of our staff and how well we understand our customers’ needs and provide services to meet them.

Your Choice Homes had already been accredited with Charter Mark, which CSE has replaced, and it is a significant achievement to have been awarded the new standard. The award was given after a thorough assessment was carried out by an external assessor with both YHN staff and customers.

We received strong positive feedback from the assessor stating that  we work closely with partners internally and externally to deliver an excellent service for customers and prospective customers.
