About us

The Cruddas Park Housing Office manages approximately 1346 properties in the Eslwick and Westgate wards of Newcastle. The accommodation that we manage in the area is mainly flats low rise and multi-storey and some traditional two and three bedroom semi-detached and terrace houses.

We provide a number of services at our office which includes:

  • Anti-social behaviour 
  • Applications for housing 
  • Estate management 
  • Garages  
  • Managing and letting empty properties 
  • Noise nuisance
  • Neighbour complaints
  • Repairs enquiries
  • Rent account enquiries
  • Untidy gardens
