About us
The Blakelaw Community Housing Office manages approximately 3455
properties in the Blakelaw and Fenham wards of Newcastle. The
office covers the Blakelaw, Fenham and Cowgate areas of
Newcastle. The accommodation that we manage in the area ranges from
traditional two and three bedroom semi-detached and terrace houses
to bungalows and high and low rise flats.
We provide a number of services at our office which
