About us

The Benwell and Scotswood Community Housing Office manages approximately 2082 properties in the Benwell, Elswick and Scotswood wards of Newcastle. The accommodation that we manage ranges from traditional two and three bedroom semi-detached and terrace houses to terraced Tyneside flats and multi-storey flats.

We provide a number of services at our office which includes:

  • Estate management 
  • Garages  
  • Managing and letting empty properties 
  • Noise nuisance
  • Neighbour complaints
  • Repairs enquiries
  • Rent account enquiries
