The Shieldfield neighbourhood is managed from the Shieldfield Community Housing Office in Stoddart House on Clarence Walk.  The office has recently been refurbished.   The new office has improved interview facilities and is fully accessible in terms of the Disability Discrimination Act.

The Shieldfield Office manages a large geographical area -the team at this office consists of:

• a Housing Services Manager
• a Senior Housing Services Officer
• 5 Housing Services Officers
• 5 Housing Services Assistants
• an Advice and Support Worker
• an Administration Assistant.

The office is responsible for 2278 properties.  There are 5 management areas within Shieldfield - a Housing Services Officer and a Housing Services Assistant manage each of these areas.
