The Byker Estate is managed from the Byker Community Housing Office on Brinkburn Street.

The Office is in the heart of the Byker Estate and is fully accessible and compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act. 

The Byker Estate is managed by a YHN team made up of:

• a Housing Services Manager
• a Senior Housing Services Officer
• 4 Housing Services Officers
• 5 Housing Services Assistants
• 3 Advice and Support Workers. 

The Byker Community Housing Office also benefits from having the East Area Principal Housing Manager and Operational Support Manager, as well as an Administration Assistant, based in the office.
