About us

The North Kenton Housing Office manages approximately 2857 properties in the Kenton, Blakelaw, Fawdon, Woolsington and Westerhope wards of Newcastle. The office covers North Kenton and Newbiggin Hall. The accommodation that we manage in the area ranges from traditional two and three bedroom semi-detached and terrace houses to bungalows and high and low rise flats.

We provide a number of services at our office which includes:
