To explain a bit more about what the YHN Board does, Steve Murphy, Chair of the YHN Board, made a series of short video blogs on reports that went to Board from 2011-2012.

You can see from the blogs below what a wide range of papers the Board have to consider.  The topics can range from sometimes quite complicated reports on finance through to reports looking at environment issues or building new properties.  Steve Murphy summarised the reports to make it easier for customers to pick out what topics were relevant to them, and encouraged comments or questions to be included in the discussion at the Board meeting. 

After each Board meeting, Steve reported back via this video blog to tell customers what decision were made and why.
