Annual report 2010/2011
This reviews our progress over the previous year, including some
of our key achievements as well as our performance in a number of
areas. We have followed the same format as the 2009/10
report by breaking the report down into the six national standards
set out by the Tenant Services Authority in order to make it easier
for you to compare our performance with the previous year. It is a
key public record of accountability.
In reponse to tenants' feedback we have taken out the financial
accounts but they are available for you to view on our Board
