Annual report 2011/2012
This reviews our progress over the previous year, including some
of our key achievements as well as our performance in a number of
areas. This year, several of our involved customers
interviewed senior members of staff, including our Chief Executive
and Chair. The interviews once again focused on the Tenant Services
Authority’s (now the Homes and Communities Agency) national
standards, whilst trying to capture the big issues that our key
services face on a daily basis. It is a key public record of
accountability.
