Our Business Strategy Team is responsible for producing many of the key policy and strategy documents that are fundamental to how we operate.

Policy and strategy are essential to ensure that everyone, especially our customers, knows exactly what we want to achieve and how we intend to meet our goals.

What is a strategy?

A strategy is a long term plan to achieve a particular long-term aim.

What is a policy?

A policy is a course of action adopted by an organisation that guides decisions in particular situations.
