How you make a difference
We use what you tell us to make improvements to our
services.
We include examples of how customer feedback from
questionnaires and surveys has made a difference in each edition of
Homes & People
, our newsletter for tenants and leaseholders. You can find
it in the section called 'You said, we did'.
We also produce Talk to Us leaflets which tell you about changes
we have made as a result of your comments. Visit
Compliments, Complaints and
Comments to download these leaflets and find out
more.
Customer surveys and questionnaires
Customers who have taken the time to fill in and send back one
of our questionnaires or who have taken part in a telephone survey
have made a big difference to our services. We produce
reports and action plans to describe how we use the information
given to us in these surveys and questionnaires. Visit
Research at Your
Homes Newcastle to find out more.
Demographic information
When we ask you to complete a questionnaire, we'll also ask you
to give us information about yourself (demographic
information). We understand that sometimes people find it
difficult to understand the relevance of collecting
demographic information and what the information is used for,
especially with regards to sexual orientation and religion or
belief. The organisation Stonewall has produced a booklet
that gives ten reason as to why it is important for this
information to be provided. Click on the link below to view
