Business Strategy
The Business Strategy team is part of the Business Development
Division and is based at YHN House.
What do we do?
We work closely with teams throughout YHN to monitor performance
and to develop services which will allow YHN to achieve it's goal
of becoming the best housing provider in the North East.
In order for YHN to achieve this it is essential that the
Business Strategy team strives to ensure that we:
- are committed to continually improving our organisation.
- review our progress using meaningful targets.
- identify and celebrate success.
- deal with issues which prevent high performance.
- address cases of under performance.
- monitor and manage Service Level
Agreements.
- monitor and react to key regional and national policies and
strategies.
- identify, analyse, monitor and control the key risks associated with YHN.
- carry out research to ensure we know our customers and
understand their needs.
