Former Hillsview Primary School

This site is adjacent to Carsdale Road and Redland Avenue in North Kenton.  Hillsview Primary School closed in 1992 and was subsequently demolished.  YHN have appointed Barratt Homes to develop approximately 106 family homes on this site.  Due to uncertainty with funding arrangements at this moment in time, there are no timescales as to when this development will proceed.
