Lemington Middle School

This site is adjacent to Union Hall Road in Lemington.  Lemington Middle School was a mixed school for 9 - 13 year old pupils which closed on the 31st Aug 2004.  The school was demolished in 2010 and the site has recently undergone archaeological investigations.  YHN and Newcastle City Council are looking at the possibility of developing 50-60 general needs family homes on this site.
