Reedsmouth Nursery

This site is just off the Silver Lonnen in Fenham.  Reedsmouth Nursery was declared surplus to the Council’s requirements as a plant nursery in 1992.  YHN and Newcastle City Council are looking at the possibility of building approximately 40 general needs family homes with approximately 15 of the properties being for affordable rent.
