Why they are important

We revised these in March 2007 after our staff told us that our previous objectives were difficult to remember and needed to be simpler.

We think they are really important as they are the cornerstone for everything we do and drive our work and determine where we are heading in the future.  Our Delivery and Service Plans are built around achieving them and our team and individual work plans and targets contribute to achieving them.
