Chief Executive
John has overall responsibility for the delivery of YHN’s vision
to be the best housing provider in the North East. This entails the
development of a clear strategic vision and management of resources
with a focus on ‘tenants first’, value for money and equalities at
the heart of the company’s policies.

Sheila Breslin
Assistant Chief Executive and Director of Business
Sheila assists and deputises for the Chief Executive in
providing strategic and business leadership for the organisation
and ensues that adequate planning processes are in place and the
workforce is enabled to deliver YHN's strategic objectives.

Ross Atkinson
Director of Finance and Resources
Ross is responsible for corporate and strategic financial
management within the organisation. This includes the day to
day financial management of YHN and support to the organisation
through special functions related to HR, IT and administrative
management systems.

Neil Scott
Director of Tenancy Service
Neil has strategic and operational responsibility for all
central, neighbourhood and Citywide functions directly related to
the quality day to day management and maintenance of YHN's property
portfolio and the successful care and support of YHN's
customers.
